iTunes Playback issue songs stop after 10 seconds

After downloading a number of songs into iTunes, some of them only play for 10 seconds

iTunes won't let me change the stop start time, tried various option with check / uncheck playback position, restart computer, holding shift key when starting Music and re:check playback position

Also tried a different user and the same problem persist

Deleted songs from library and computer

Downloaded again and problem remains
