yes same and i’ve been paying for the subscription. does it happen to you for all the features or just when you upload your own photo?
That is not an Apple app. You would need to contact the app developer for support. How to contact an app developer - Apple Support
i really only use my own photos. I also pay for a subscription. Also having no luck reaching the developer.

yes. but I’m not hopeful. There is no way to contact them.
You will have to keep trying. Only Facebook support can provide support for their app. In the meantime, you could log into the web version through your browser.

Is no one else reporting this issue? I am paying for a subscription and it has not worked for three weeks. No response from the developer
