How to set up managed Apple Account for shared iPad?
Good day. We have federated Microsoft Entra ID with Apple Business Manager, and the federation and sync have both succeeded. We use Cisco Meraki MDM and have set the DEP settings for Shared iPad. Using a test iPad, we are able to enroll in our MDM, and it appears to set up the Shared iPad correctly, as it asks for a Sign-in with Apple ID to continue the Message and then prompts for a passcode. I have attempted to sign in with my Managed Apple ID, which shows federated, and then I am prompted to provide a PIN, which I have generated from my Managed Apple ID in Apple Business Manager. No matter what Managed Apple ID and PIN attempt to login to the Shared iPad, it errors off with unknown error. I am unsure what the issue could be, can anyone provide any assistance?
