facetime control won’t appear next to magnifying glass

with the new ios 18 the new update were you could control someone else’s phone came out and i don’t not have it i’ve looked up everything everywhere and nothing comes up with how to fix it and many people have the problem but no one replies with help apple please help i have iphone 15 and want to draw and control on facetime but it’s not there please help me help a brother out please
