Homekey in Wallet is broken

I have a Schlage Encoder Plus (BE499WB) with firmware 3.2.871595 added into my Applehome. The Homekey on my Apple 14 pro works well until most recently I went to Apple Store to replace the battery. The lock return an amber Color and a beep sound if I hold my phone on top of it but nothing. The logs didn’t shows my attemp as well. While my access code, Homekey , access code for app my other family members work perfectly ( touch wood).

I have try to reboot the Apple hub (Apple TV), router and lock but no lucky. Any advise , input pls?

p.s. I am the owner for the lock/home. I don’t really want to default the lock ..
