Based on your statements tend to make me believe that the rechargeable battery in these Beats EarPods is completely depleted. There's no way to know how long ago your employer purchased them. Lithium batteries, not just those used in the Beats, if left with little or no charge, for long periods of time will lose their ability to be charged.

Potentially the only option would be to get replacement batteries.

I have the beats X The light comes on when I plugged the charging cord up, but when I unplug it and try to turn it on to pair it with my phone, they won’t come on. They won’t turn on at all. It’s like I can reset it and everything with it plugged in. It’ll give me a white light like it’s fully charged but if I do the reset again and do it it’ll go back to the red, but when I unplug it, nothing.
