Does Kingston DataTraveler 70 DT70/256GB USB C, works with iPhone 15 pro ? Or this flash drive requires to install some app to move data?

I can't say 100%, but it's just a standard USB drive, which recent iOS versions should recognize and access.
The drive isn't doing anything special with regards to encryption or the like, and their web site doesn't have ANY software downloads for any OS version, so it's unlikely to have any special requirements (and usually the software they do ship only adds 'features' such as backups, rather than anything specific to the device.
So I'd say 99.9% it would just work with the standard Files application.
