Intermittent Sound Loss and Non-Functional Buttons on Apple Earphones

Hi everyone,

I'm experiencing a frustrating issue with my Apple earphones. Here’s what’s happening:

• Sound Loss: The audio intermittently cuts out while I’m listening. This happens continuously, making it hard to enjoy any music or calls.
• Button Malfunction: The control button on the earphones is unresponsive. I can’t adjust the volume or use other functions via the button.

This issue started suddenly one morning—the earphones were working perfectly the day before.

Things I've Tried:

• Checked for any visible damage on the cord or connector.
• Cleaned the headphone jack/port to remove any dust or debris.
• Tested the earphones on a different device but same result.

Any suggestions for resolving this would be greatly appreciated! Has anyone experienced something similar with Apple earphones?
