Trade-in Mac Mini M2 for M4 with Financing Plan in Italy

From ITALY - I have an 11 months old Mac Mini M2 - 8Gb-ram/256Gb-SSD. I want to trade in my machine and purchase a Mac Mini M4 - 24-Gbram/512Gb-SSD. The new one is priced 1.189,00€, the trade in value for the "old" Mac Mini M2 is 250,00€. I want to trade in the old machine and pay for the new one with financing plan. It is not possible online (why?): only trade in and credit card purchase (all the ammount for the new purchase). I heard from the customer service (via telephone: 800554533) that i can trade in and pay with a financing plan at an Apple Store. There are only few Apple Store in Italy. I DON'T WANT to drive 250km+250km for a trade in with financing plan for a new buy. Sorry Apple ... I think You fail the online selling policy.

You're not communicating with Apple when you post in the Community. Apple support or customer services representatives do not participate in these forums. We're all just fellow users, helping out as we have time and knowledge to share. So none of us know anything about the reasons for any of Apple's policy decisions nor can we do anything about them and complaining here will do no good.
