USB-C to lightning adapter doesn’t do what it should

I recently changed my iPhone to a 15, which meant that my previous connectors either needed an adapter or needed replacing. I have several devices, ie SD Card reader, HDMI adapter. When I looked on the Apple Store it said the the available adapter would work with these, so no need to buy all my adapters again.

However none of them will work and all say that the devices are not compatible. I have searched through all settings but have got no solution. Has anyone any work-around for this. All the accessories are Apple made, purchased on the Apple Store. I also have two Rode mics with lightning connectors. They weren’t cheap, they won’t work. I now have about €500 worth of accessories that won’t work, despite the claim on the Apple Store site. What do I do? Any advice would be appreciated.
