I have a fine black line across the top of my iMac (right through the toolbar). Is there a way to remove this or is it more likely to be a damaged screen?
When I place the mouse pointer over it, the pointer stays whole however if I put any app in Full Screen mode, the line is present.
When I take a screenshot, the line doesn't appear, but does when I take a photo.

I suspect it may be a hardware issue, please try restarting and see if the line re-appears.
