My Macbook air m2 2022, keyboard has been malfunctioning from a long time now! It doesn't respond at all even after changing the motherboard

I have been following up with apple from past 2 weeks now, my MacBook air m2 2022 has a weird condition that it stops to respond, like the keyboard doesn't work at all after a certain point of time!

Everytime I visit Apple care center they stay its fixed and then they return the device and the same issue persists. I have been following up and have now visited the service centre for like 5 times now!! I have my work and just can keep visiting the service centre and this dumb laptop stops working and my projects are pending!

I feel this issue is being popping up since the time I have updated to sequoia.

I want the quickest solution for this! I am going crazy and losing patience now!

When this issue occurs does the Trackpad stop responding as well?

When does this issue occur? When booting the laptop? Or after logging into your user account? Or after waking the laptop from sleep?

Yes the trackpad works smoothly, its just the keyboard. Stops working and doesn't respond at all!

It happens when i am working on it and randomly it stops responding and once it stops responding it doesn't work even after restarts or whatever.

I have visited the service centre for more that 6 times bow, and have changed the motherboard nothing works!

This is just increasing my workload stress and frustration!

Nothing works!

Its been a month now and more than 5 diagnostics and part replacements. But still the issue persists!

This is serious trauma! My work and projects have been hampered critically all thanks to the idiotic tech support from apple.

This is like next level frustrating

I think M2 macbooks are dumb useless.

They have changed the motherboard, even the panel or something as well. But not fixed yet!

Does an external keyboard work when the built-in keyboard fails? If so, then it is most likely a failure with the built-in Keyboard especially since they already replaced the MLB twice.
