I am searching for a best headphone (wireless or wired doesn't matter) It should give me best audio (low priority) as well as best mic (high priority).
I saw many headphones but they have usb A which is nkt supported on mac min as it has type C.
So need some expert suggestions.

Most any USB-C to USB-A adapter will work. However it is best to get and use USB 3 rated adapters for connecting USB-A external drives to the new Mac mini.
FWIW I have 5 or 6 of the $10 Philips adapters and they work for my late model Intel and Silicone Mac's.
