Mac Mini M4 Pro screen sharing display limited to 1920x1080

I am trying to set up a headless server with this new mini and when screen share to it, it only offers 1920x1080 as a screen resolution. The Display Menu app which has served me well on some other Macs, does not show any other available resolutions. Kinda limiting when I am sharing from a 3840x2160 display. Sharing over 10G ethernet 3840x2160 works well with it though.

Take this as a heads up that you may need a HDMI Monitor Emulator dongle to fully use the new mini as a headless device.

OK, I found an answer in the Mac User Guide. It turns out that there are two kinds of Screen Sharing, Standard and High Performance. If you select Standard, you are SOL as I found. I would assume that this applies if you have a slow network. However, if you select High Performance you get more than just High Performance. You get the option to select 1 or 2 Virtual Screens. With the virtual screens you do get a useful number of screen resolution options which fixed my problem.
