You cannot. The bandwidth is limited by the hardware since that is what was available at the time it was designed almost 13 years ago. It can’t magically be made to have more bandwidth.
Replace it with a newer router that has the hardware to support more bandwidth.
For Ethernet connections, the 5th generation AirPort Extreme is capable of providing up to 1 Gbps bandwidth. However, its actual throughput, would be half that when operating in routing mode (aka, NAT enabled).
For wireless, its highest bandwidth would be available with the following configuration:
Throughput (actual traffic "speed") has been tested by a number of agencies, including SmallNetBuilder with the following results: Apple AirPort Extreme Gen 5 Reviewed - SmallNetBuilder
They were getting around 450-500 Mbps throughput scores. If you are only getting 100 Mbps, something is amiss and would have to be troubleshot to determine what the reason(s) is(are). Based on its age, I would guess at this point, that it is failing.
