Transferring music library to new laptop

Have a large iTunes music library on an old PC. New laptop (ASUS Vivobook) only accepts Apple Music. Auto system transferred about 5% of my library. How do I get my remaining music library transferred to the ASUS?

Uninstall Apple Music, Apple TV and Apple Devices. (They're not a good replacement for iTunes.)

Install iTunes from this link: https://www.apple.com/itunes/download/win64.

See Move your iTunes library to a new computer - Apple Community for advice on copying the library. In most cases you need to copy over the entire iTunes folder, either over your network or an intermediary copy on an external drive. It gets more complicated if you've not stored media in the standard place.
