Mac Pro 2019 Vega II keeps Crashing

Out of no where my Mac Pro 2019 monitors started going black. I've changed the cables and still experiencing the issues. I have a Samsung TV connect UBC-c to HDMI along with an LG monitor connected UBC-c to USBC-c.

I found the following that explains the same issue I'm having, but the thread has been closed.

Troubleshooting a Black Mac Screen:

I. Go Here: If your Mac doesn't Turn On or Start Up - Apple Support

II. Use an External Devices:

Mirror the Screen to this External Display:

Performing the following will mirror the Home Screen, and allow you to use it as if it were you laptop's screen.

  • Without Touchbar: Hold Down [command + F1]
  • With Touchbar: Hold Down: [command + dull screen]

III. Reset your SMC and your NVRAM:

(Applies to Intel-Basel Macs Only) Sometimes changes (i.e. Installations) are made to the system and then settings (i.e. Networking) become corrupted, technically. So, reset both on your Mac. So, reset the SMC and reset the NVRAM or PRAM. It might take three tries. to fix this. So, be certain you have the time to do so.

Start With This:

If no success...

IV. Get this Mac Serviced... Contact Apple and Genius Bar Appointment at your local Apple Store, or see an AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) in your local area.

A. Contact Apple:

Or...

B. Contact an AASP:

  1. Go Here: Find Locations - Apple Authorized Reseller
  2. Click: Service & Support
  3. Enter: your location information
  4. See: if there is an AASP nearby
  5. Contact: an AASP that shows up, and find out more about the services that they offer to fix the Mac

CHANGING cables is a check against cables that are Defective or Broken.

Changing cables does nothing for cables that are marginal for the resolutions and refresh rates your Mac can produce at its highest settings. These may require cables carefully selected for TOP performance.

if you continue to have problems after following The Littles suggestions, please post the make&model of each display, and the exact cables, adapters, and docks you are using to connect them, including approximate Length of cables.
