Locking YouTube Account

My little boy is obsessed with YouTube and as he has Autism, we use it as a learning tool for him and to help calm him down.

But he has been watching really bad content, so we have now restricted his account and it is supervised via Google.

However the clever little git, just logs out and watches as a guest ! So he has no restrictions.

You tube and Google said it can be locked on android, but I would need to ask on here if it could be done on Apple??

Am no expert in this area, yet your post to the Community certainly deserves some response.

Seems Apple has various methods that could help you out here, although am not sure which would work best for your situation.

We do not know on which device or computer your little boy is accessing YouTube,

or

which iOS or MacOS version is installed.

You might want to browse through the suggestions below, to see if anything there could help solve the issue.

Eg: Seems Guided Access can be used to lock a computer or device to the use of a single app.
