I redeemed an Apple Card and they keep telling me I need to redeem it. I have already redeemed it
I put the card on and now they tell me evertime I want to get something they say I have to redeem it again

If you redeem a card, the entire value is entered into your online account. The card is then worthless because all the funds are in your account. You then buy things online and the amount is debited from the account online.
