My Apple Watch used to add items to lists, but now it won’t. It does look as if it is adding, but when I go into the list on my phone it is not actually added. I have used this feature for years to add to grocery lists and Costco lists. It always worked until recently. Again, it looks like it’s adding as usual on the watch, but it doesn’t transfer to the phone lists. I’ve powered down both and it still doesn’t work.

You can share a list and collaborate with people who use iCloud. Shared lists show who a reminder has been assigned to. On Apple Watch you can join a shared list, but you can’t share a list from Apple Watch. See the iPhone User Guide for information about shared reminder lists.
