Removing TV Providers From Apple TV

At one point I accidentally clicked on whatever prompt on Apple TV associates all your apps with a TV provider. I don’t have a tv provider. My apps don’t work now and if I try to sign in with my individual login info per app it forces me to use my (non existent) tv provider credentials.

What’s strange is that I attempted some of the advice given here, but it doesn’t seem to work. If I go into settings<users and accounts<Apple TV accounts<TV provider, it asks me to sign and select my tv provider. There is no option to remove despite it clearly being associated with a provider. This seems like there is an error somewhere.

Can anyone out there help me?
