How to reset Apple Account information?

my wife hasn't used her apple id since our phone number and her email

were different. How do we reset her apple id with wrong info in the

system?

Sorry if I wasn't clear. I cannot access EITHER the phone number or email that was on this account, so as far as I can see there is no way to get started signing in.
