Issue with WhatsApp Windows Desktop App Connectivity with iPhone
I am reaching out to report an issue with the WhatsApp Windows Desktop app when trying to link it with my iPhone 16 Pro Max. Despite multiple attempts, the app fails to connect and consistently displays an error message stating that the network connection on either the phone or the laptop is not strong enough.
However, when I use WhatsApp Web on Google Chrome, the connection is established smoothly without any network-related errors, even when both devices are on the same network.
I have already tried basic troubleshooting steps such as ensuring both devices are connected to the same stable network, restarting both the laptop and iPhone, and reinstalling the WhatsApp Desktop app. Unfortunately, the problem remains unresolved.
Could you please look into this matter and provide a solution?
