Weather widget doesn’t show my location

I just wanted to post a solution/workaround to this problem, but the old thread discussing this problem is locked. So, I start a new thread just to post my solution.

The problem is, roughly speaking, the Weather Widget doesn't know where your location is, unless you turn on WiFi.

Instead of asking the general question "How to set My Location for all apps without WiFi?", I present a simple workaround specific to the Weather Widget:

  1. Right-click on the Weather Widget.
  2. Select "Edit Weather".
  3. Click on the location name to the right of the word "Location".
  4. Search for the city you want to set the Weather Widget to, or if the city exists in the list, select it.

Hope this is helpful to some people.
