Unable to set up media & purchases

I am new with ios and just converted from android. Created my apple id just fine and able to sign in icloud. Unfortunately, tried for more than 3 hours and still fail to use app store and itunes store. Try to set up on the media & purchases also fail. When i put my apple id, it start to process but then just vanish. Nothing happened. Start to getting frustrated to deal with the issue.
