Canceling Nebula subscription

My credit card has been charged by nebula astrology and I don’t have a subscription with them. And I definitely would never give my credit card information to accompany. I have never heard of.. I cannot seem to find a customer service phone number for nebula astrology. I have notified my credit card company and now they have cancelled my credit card and I have to wait for a new one. I need some help. Is there anyone out there that had the same problem and has the information that I need to rectify this problem? It would be really appreciated. Thank you. I hope you will solve my problem very soon

I suspect you were directed to the website from a social media post or advertisement and started a free trial there that turned into a subscription. It is a Horoscope site that offers a free trial for a "reading". This trial will become a subscription and is made with the company directly on their website and bypasses Apple ability to manage the subscription. You are on your own with any subscription that is made outside of the App Store where it is easily manage by Apple.
