Free 3 months Apple TV with new iPhone cannot be viewed on anything other than new iPhone

Just bought an iPhone 16 which comes with 3 months free Apple TV. It works great on the new phone but cannot see the offer when I view Apple TV on iPad, laptop or tv. Accessing any of these media seems to want me to sign up straight away for a subscription payable immediately with first episode free. I have logged out and back in again but it’s just the same. Help..
