Sharing Icloud Photos

Hello,

I have a question. I have two phones with the same ICloud. How can I transfer photos from phone A to phone B without transferring photos from phone B to phone A? Also is it possible when I’m taking new pictures with phone A to be transferred instantly in phone B?

Thank you!

iCloud is a synchronization service. Using iCloud Photos ensures that the pictures on all the connected devices will be exactly the same. So synchronization is always goes both ways

You can use a flash drive (or a more expensive SSD) to transfer the pictures when the phones are close, but you would need to save the pictures to the Files app. AirDrop is tempting, but AirDropped pictures go to the Photos app, so they would then be synchronized, anyway. When the phones are far apart, you can use email or text.
