iOS 17- upgrade : iPhone 14 into green display

Got a notification regarding ios 17 upgrade and while trying to install , phone reboot itself and the whole screen turned into green and was unresponsive and couldn’t see anything .

I went to the nearest authorized service provider and the device has undergone testing and all troubleshooting as per apple.

Found no physical and no water damage and found issue with display and needs to be replaced and need around 35k to replace.

why we go with iPhone bcz of its quality.

I had a conversation with Apple support team and they agreed to replace display with free of cost.

need to met conditions :

1:there should not be any physical damage or not even a single crack or bend.

2: No water damage

3: No extreme temp and battery problems

4: No fall

5 : usage of phone

From my experience Apple is giving best solutions to customers if they found it’s a genuine case. Their support teams are very good and they give more value to each and everything if they found it’s a genuine issue.

So please go for Apple products as they maintain quality and best customer services.
