Beats Solo 3

My Beats Solo3 always show 100% charged on my iphone. Even when I plug the charger in the 5 lights are lit up and I know for sure that it needs to be charged. What ends up happening is they will die out of nowhere and I wasn’t ready for it because I never know where there at as far as battery percentage. I’ve tried turning off the Bluetooth on and off and it worked once before but now it doesn’t, so I’m not sure what to do. Please help!
