ATT cellular not supporting connected Apple Watch Cellular.
Local ATT store techs unable to correct failure of Apple Watch 9 Cellular to connect or function independently with ATT network. Yes, I have everything up to date. Yes, I have active paid ATT service plan with watches individually added and paid for on the account. Let’s sidestep the “are you an idiot” responses which are not helpful. This is an on-going failure of ATT and Apple to provide the products and services they are charging for and promising to make them work. The continuing finger-pointing at “the other guy” is a dereliction of service, and a fraud upon the public. A real working solution is needed to get both the product and the service functioning as advertised, billed, and paid for. Two of the biggest corporations in the world are acting as if it has nothing to do with them. It’s disgraceful to refuse to fix this.
