Unable to create new folders on Seagate HDD since updating operating system to macOS Sequoia 15.1.1. No other changes have been made to the Seagate HDD itself. Previously I had no problems creating folders for the external HDD. Can anyone help?

Formatted how?
Was it erased, reformatted,initialized before use to remove any proprietary software?
Look for some update to third party supporting app if formatted NTFS
Look for some update from Seagate for your model?
Try a different enclosure
different cable
different port
no resolve try a different external drive and compare your results.
