Multiple issues with Apple Pencil

Apple is known for reliability

This is my experience so far

1)Apple pencil after using for 1 year 3 months suddenly isn’t charging when connected.

Support - nothing can be done buy new pencil

2) iphone 13 pro max 256gb - suddenly screen gone blank while using .

apple support - some hardware malfunction nothing from our side pls change the motherboard for 1.2lakh

3)This is finally ridiculous. Newly opened online store bought apple pencil isn’t working .atleast they are providing replacement

loss of money , lost my confidence in the brand !!!
