After clicking review and signing in, I filled the details about my address, however the following error keeps showing

What should I do?

Hi Sandy_Dash

welcome to the Apple (user-to-user) Community!

Re: "This appleid has not been used with the Apple Store, please review your account information"

Seems Apple requires you have a valid payment method listed in your Apple Account for the first time you use the App Store or iTunes, even if you only download free apps.

You can check which payment methods Apple can accept in your country or region:

Check you are signed in (to your device) with the correct Apple ID:

Please Note: It is wise to ensure your Apple Account details are always up-to-date.

If needed: You can always log-in to your Apple Account online at https://appleid.apple.com

(You can check, add, or edit all your details there, if you wish.)

Ask Apple:

Refer to this page for Apple Support features ➔ Contact - Official Apple Support

Select from the presented options until you find a solution for your issue, or see if there is a chat or phone call contact method offered lower on the page (you sometimes have to narrow down the options multiple times before this is shown). If you do not see your issue, keep experimenting with any series of selections until you reach one that offers a chat session or a telephone call and get the representative to redirect you.

So, if you are signed in to your Mac, and do have a valid payment method listed in your Apple Account:

You might try restarting your Mac (eg: Apple menu > Restart, and sign back in) This will delete temporary files, re-establish connections, may update any recent changes you made, and will often restore order when something is not working as expected.
