Locked out of laptop: NCCONTROL

Ongoing problems with apple.com and iCloud.com login passwords. This is the second time apple has warned about two days to access apple.com and correct inconsistent passwords. I don’t have $46.00 to pay for assistance so here I am asking you how do I use my trusted iPhone to access and get the apple.com and iCloud.com passwords to match. Laptop NCCONTROL IS SHUT DOWN. NO ACCESS.


This is the weekend and I need access this evening.
