Yesterday I updated the OS on my 3 month old MacBook Air. Shortly thereafter I removed a card from the wallet on my laptop and immediately that page froze. I can't exit the wallet/Apple Pay page or the system settings, can't edit, can't add anything. Can't even turn my laptop off! I am at a loss.

Try and force quit the wallet app:
Option (or Alt), Command, Esc (Escape). Or choose Force Quit from the Apple menu in the corner of your screen> then select the Wallet app>press force quit
