Shipping issue with iPhone from Apple Store in Argentina
I bought an iPhone directly from Apple Store, the shipment in ups, is as received but it is not. I made the claim and they made me wait 8 days and now they tell me that I have to claim to apple. The issue is that I am in Argentina and I want to communicate and I can not find the communication channel to make the claim to apple directly which is the response of Ups that I must communicate with them first. I would appreciate any help
