Mac mini M4 bluetooth not showing iPhone or iPad nearby devices
Previous Mac mini was a 2018 and new Mac mini is an M4. Both iPhone XR (IOS 17.7.1) and iPad (IOS 17.7.1) in pairing mode (Bluetooth app is open), but both Mac minis unable to find iPhone or iPad in nearby devices. iPhone sees Mac mini and iPad, iPad sees Mac mini and iPhone. My work laptop (MacBook Pro M3) does see both my personal iPhone and iPad. In system log, I find entries showing that my iPhone and iPad are being found nearby; e.g.:

But I'm unable to discern in the following log lines as to why they won't show up in Nearby Devices.
