So I just bought a new MacBook Air M3 chip 15-inch screen. The box was still sealed from Apple. So @ home, I unpacked the Macbook and started the device. From the get-go, the keyboard did not function??
Does anyone experience this with Apple Macbook?

Try and put it on the charger for a longer time, is this issue persisting? If it is, return to the store and ask for replacement under warranty
