Apple denied repair as device is tampered

I bought a Macbook air m1 from Amazon India 2 months back and recently its screen stopped working.

When I visited Apple authorised service center, they submitted my mac and after few days old me that my device is tampered and can't be repaired.

I didn’t made any customisations/modifications or tampered it. I even contacted Apple Support multiple times and today they denied any repair. Now I am stuck and apple is not repairing my MacBook. What should I do?

Please suggest.
