My iPad is stuck in activation lock and I no longer have the Apple ID info or the proof of sale anymore the phone number I connected to it is linked to multiple accounts and I can’t find the correct one

You will need to find the correct Apple ID/Password used on the device. Without the original purchase receipt, there is no other way you will be able to use that device.
