Unable to Identify $8.98 Charge on My Apple Account



Dear Apple Support Team,


I have noticed a recurring charge of $8.98 on my Apple account. Unfortunately, I am unable to identify what this charge is for.


Details:

• Date of charge: November 25, 2024

• Payment method: Card ending in ***

• Remaining balance: 7.82 AMD


I have checked my purchase history and subscriptions but could not find any relevant information about this transaction.


Could you please assist me in identifying the source of this charge and guide me on how to resolve the issue?

First we are not apple support, we are apple users trying to help eachother


Second, first see if you can recognize the charge:

  1. To see your purchase history, go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
  2. Sign in with your Apple Account.
  3. A list of purchases appears. To see family members' purchases, select the Apple Account button and choose a family member.
  4. To see the full receipt including tax, tap or click the date. Multiple purchases, including subscriptions, might be grouped onto one charge.

If the charge is for a subscription that you no longer want, you can cancel the subscription. Find out where else you can view your Purchase History.


If you checked reportaproblem.apple.com and your emailed receipts and you're still not sure why you were charged, contact Apple Support.
