macOS Reminders app "Remove Link" function does not work

I have several Reminders lists that include numbers for things like promo codes, and the Reminders app forces those numbers to become "tel" links that are clickable and call the number as if it's a phone number, despite some numbers containing 16+ digits. Right-clicking the numbers reveals a "Remove Link" option that does absolutely nothing. The link is automatically re-applied despite not wanting it to be. This feels like an extremely obvious bug that should be simple to fix?
