Unauthorized charges on Apple Account

I keep getting charged on Apple for stuff. I don’t know who to speak to you about.

  • Are you the Organizer of a family plan that uses Purchase Sharing to authorize members to use your payment method?
  • I would also recommend changing your Passcode, since that would also give someone authorization to use your phone, including charges.

  • If the charges were from a free trial that was not cancelled, then you now have a subscription that will need to be cancelled. You can view those here:
