Focus mode, notification and sound issues with M4 Pro MBP

I have never seen such untested, bugged operating system from Apple. They really should start focusing on the Mac line.

When I create a new focus mode, notification keeps coming in although I did not allow any notification. No matter what I did it does not work.

It was until I went to the "allowed apps" section (Which was empty), changed "allow some apps" to "block some apps" and change it back to "allow some apps" when it finally block everything.

Then lo and behold, no sound was coming from my Mac. Apple Music, youtube, nada. no sound.

I had to restart it for sound to return. I am appalled on how poor these products have become.
