iPhone 14 Pro won't turn on after it went black

iPhone 14 Pro suddenly went black and turned off while I was using it. Its not switching on now. Tried hard reset also.

The battery also had enough charge at the time, but I tried charging it anyway—still no luck.

Has anyone experienced this issue before? Are there any troubleshooting steps I can try before taking it to the Apple Store?

Hi there

Please see this on what you can try yourself before taking it to the Apple Store for repair

  1. Press and quickly release the volume up button.
  2. Press and quickly release the volume down button.
  3. Press and hold the side button until you see the Apple logo (this takes around 10 seconds).
  4. If your iPhone doesn't turn on, charge your iPhone for one hour and then try again. If your iPhone shows a low-charge battery, check your hardware and charge your iPhone again.
  5. If your iPhone still doesn't turn on, learn what to do.
