Iphone 13 audio drop during facetime, whatsapp calls
I am following up with apple support for more than 3 months for the issue of audio drop during video calls, using facetime and whatsapp. I am going back in loop, every agent doing the same steps and trying to escalate the engineering team. Engineering team say its a network issue. Even though I mentioned that community is already discussing this issue, iPhone 13 video call issues - Apple Community
they are not able to understand. Within the 3 months, its the 3rd agent taking ownership of the case and going in circle. I have already shared video records recreating the issue. Any information I provide is not documented in the case, and every agents keeps repeating the same. All they can do is doing primary troubleshooting steps and simply say escalated to engineering team.
Is this the same everyone facing ? No one in India apple support really care about customers ?
