Iphone 16 Pro Audio on video Recording Issue

I recently encountered with my newly purchased iPhone 16 Pro. While using the phone to record several videos, I noticed that two videos in the sequence had no sound at all.

For your information, the videos recorded before and after these two problematic videos were perfectly fine, with sound functioning as expected. There were no changes made to the phone settings or the camera app during this time, and I did not make any modifications to the device.

As a loyal customer who trusts the Apple brand and invests in your premium products, I am deeply disappointed by this issue. I kindly request an explanation for this problem and a resolution as soon as possible. Additionally, I urge Apple to ensure the quality and reliability of its products.

Extremely disappointed with the product quality these days!! There is always something wrong!! My iPhone 13 didn’t even last for 2 years due to bloated battery issue and I had to get a new iPhone to ensure a functional device.

Apple has to step up and provide better quality and services. The product is unreliable these days!!

Product Feedback - Apple

Products fail that’s a fact of life. If it’s a critical recording/performance etc. shoot the event with a backup camera. That’s photo/video 101. As a former college photography instructor, and professional photographer for for several major news publications, I always shot with multiple cameras in case one fails. Old Scottish saying, “fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me.” It’s fair to blame Apple for the first incident. But after that, it’s on you.
