FITBIT watch not syncing

I am in several research groups and part of the input daily if from a Fitbit that was provided by the Solve ME project. My Data .


for Some reason the Fitbit isn’t syncing to the iPad .

i have Bluetooth on and it worked fine on my older iPad .


any ideas as to what my Fitbit isn’t being recognized.

Check with Fitbit Support. Let them know which iPad you have, its iOS and which Fitbit you are trying to sync. A quick Google search (Fitbit is now part of the Google family) states that a Fitbit can be paired to an iPhone but not an iPad. I know you paired to an iPad previously. Maybe their requirements have changed?
