Charged twice on Photoshop app after my refund.

I have received a $105.98 refund for a photoshop app that I didn't mean to renew the subscription. When I check my bank account I received the refund and was charged for it two more times. I made sure I canceled the subscription before I submitted the request for a refund so I don’t know why I’m still being charged again for twice as much.
